Frequently asked questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes — the Hobby plan is free forever. It includes 1 domain and up to 100 redirect rules with no credit card required. Paid plans are charged immediately when you upgrade.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your card is charged right away. If you downgrade and have more domains than the new plan allows, we will show you exactly which domains will be affected and let you choose how to handle it before any changes are made.

What happens to my domains if I downgrade or cancel?

Nothing is deleted. If you have more active domains than your new plan allows, the oldest ones are paused — redirects stop, but all your rules are preserved and your SSL certificate stays active. You can reactivate each domain individually from the dashboard the moment your plan allows it. Reactivation is per-domain so you control exactly when traffic resumes on each site.

What counts as a "redirect"?

Each HTTP request that hits a redirect rule and returns a 3xx response counts as one redirect. Requests that result in a 404 do not count toward your limit.

How does request-based billing work?

Each plan includes a monthly request allowance. On the Hobby plan, traffic stops once you hit the 1M cap — no surprise charges. On Pro and Agency, traffic continues past the included amount and overages are billed at $0.80 or $0.50 per million requests respectively, prorated to your actual usage and added to your next invoice.

Do you charge for SSL certificates?

No. SSL certificates are automatically provisioned for every domain you connect at no extra charge on all plans, including the free Hobby plan.

What if I need more than 300 domains?

Talk to us about Enterprise. It’s sales-assisted rather than self-serve, so we can price it around your actual domain count and traffic instead of a one-size-fits-all rate.

What does "coming soon" mean on some features?

These features are actively being built and will be available to all qualifying plan members as they launch — at no extra cost. You will not be charged more when they roll out.
