We collect the domain names and redirect rules you create in RedirectIQ. These are necessary to operate the service.

How we use your information

We use your email address to identify your account and send transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts). We do not send marketing email without your consent. We use your redirect rules solely to operate the redirect proxy on your behalf.

Data storage

Your account data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure in the United States. Redirect rules are distributed to our global edge network to enable fast propagation. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics (on the marketing site only) to understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Data deletion
